A Truth Journal: Hey, DNI Clapper: Demand Agency Heads Change Profile of IC Hiring To Get Real Productivity: From Denny: Listen, Clapper, if your intelligence agency heads keep sending you the same profile over and over, as they have been doing for some time now, quit getting angry about it and just fire their lazy asses. They are still operating on the outmoded and unsuccessful game plan of Andrew Marshall who seriously F'd up both the military and intelligence communities for the past 60 years. The Andrew Marshall idea was to hire just the very young, because, he reasoned, they were the easiest to fool and the easiest to control both mentally and physically. Seriously?

You just can't keep hiring young IT people. Young people don't belong in the ugly intelligence business. IT people are the worst choice because they have rarely developed any people skills. That isn't how their brains move in real time. They certainly don't have much life experience yet either. The skills they do have for technology is great but you only need a handful of them compared to requiring legions of critical thinkers, and, yes, to a lesser extent, some analytical thinkers.

The field you should be looking at are the Baby Boomers and older. What a shocking revelation? That's right; you should be pulling from the 55 - 85 age group, as long as their minds are sharp. You can teach IT skills to most of them who would be delighted to learn it. Many of them are either underemployed and bored or outright retired and bored, wanting new challenges. And, guess what, they would not be frittering away their days collecting dick pics and spying on nude celebrities like at the NSA...

A Truth Journal: GOP AND Hillary 2016: Get Serious Or Step Aside, Middle Class Is Fed Up:

From Denny: Voters for the Democrats, and Republicans alike, are looking all around for a political leader who will, well, lead. Fourteen years of unadulterated insensitivity and outright political inaction geared toward the majority of the country have all combined to create a ground swell of bitter resentment and grousing that hasn't been seen in decades in this country against both political parties, especially the Republicans.

The Middle Class is fed up with insincere speeches on economic progress, the drumbeat to go to war with ground troops yet again in the Middle East and lame political platitudes on every domestic issue. The Middle Class is disgusted and angry with Wall Street hand holding. Voters of both political parties are angry with the gentle wrist slapping of cheap fines for business crimes instead of jail time. Most of all The Middle Class is furious at the overt Good Ol' Boy Winks of government collusion that continues to create an environment of a stagnant U. S. economy and the constant evaporation of well paying jobs in favor of feeding The Beast of Greedy Corporate Profits while starving the people...

Weekly Address: This Labor Day, Let’s Talk About the Minimum Wage

WASHINGTON, DC —In this week’s address, the President wished Americans a Happy Labor Day weekend, highlighted the important economic progress we’ve made, and reaffirmed his commitment to accelerate our progress and ensure that our growing economy fuels a strong middle class. To do this, the President reiterated that Congress should do right by hardworking Americans across the country and raise the minimum wage and he praised the 13 states and Washington, DC as well as employers large and small who have heeded his call and taken action to provide their citizens and employees a fair wage. The President underscored that America built the world’s greatest middle class by making sure that everyone who’s willing to work hard and play by the rules can get ahead – an economic patriotism worth remembering this Labor Day, and every day....

A Truth Journal: Note to White House: Quit Killing Future U.S. Hostages: From Denny: Well, the Ferguson "Race Riots" were originally on my posting agenda but the military is fussing and cussing so vociferously about President Obama taking a victory lap and exposing details on the failed hostage rescue yet again this post took precedence.

What is the matter with the political hacks of this Obama White House? Are they so depraved they don't realize how many people they have now condemned to death all because they wanted to prop up the President's sagging poll numbers? Is their reasoning "it's better to look like the President is doing something and failed at the ISIL hostage rescue than to be perceived as doing nothing?"

And this is why after winning a second term every President needs to send home his political team and get a real team that is serious about proper governing. You just can't take political people and transform them into governing people. Why? Because when the political heat is on they revert to their default programming...

A Truth Journal: End Ukraine Occupation: Force Money Out Of Russia By Defying Industrialists

A Truth Journal: End Ukraine Occupation: Force Money Out Of Russia By Defying Industrialists: From Denny: Europe's military and EU politicians, most notably Germany, are making the very same mistakes that were made during the lead up to World War Two: appeasement of a world bully hell bent on expansionism as a strategy for land grabs and natural resource hoarding.

The same propaganda lies are employed in this generation as previously: "Oh, our ethnic population in foreign lands need us to come rescue them from their host countries." The names of the villains have changed but the strategy and ruthlessness remain the same. In this generation, instead of Germany on the march, it's Russia that is on the march across Europe, claiming to first make a short stop and "rescue" ethnic Russians in former Soviet satellite countries.

Once Putin is done conquering his nearest - and very weak - neighbors he plans to move across all of Europe. He's gambling that NATO is too weak and indecisive to oppose him. Will NATO prove him right in his assessment? Stay tuned. Right now, countries like Germany, France, the UK and Italy are too slow to react to Putin's aggression, comfortable in the false belief they will not ever be attacked because they are trading partners and of great benefit to him. Wake up, Europe, and run from your comfort zone. "Why trade with a country when Russia can outright own them?" is Putin's thinking right now...

A Truth Journal: NSA Protest, The Day We Fight Back: Greed Cartel Be Wary of the Three R's: From Denny: What the last eight months of revelations about the wholesale spying and collections wrongdoing of the NSA, the Pentagon, Congress, Wall Street, our federal judicial system - in the form of the harsh and devious DOJ, the rubber-stamping secret FISA Court, the weak Supreme Court that appointed said rubber-stamping secret FISA Court, the expansion of odiousness from this Obama White House of President Bush 43's start-up programs have brought to light is the callous disregard for the American people, even the people of the world. Congress and now this White House are peopled by billionaires and millionaires - too many profiting from defense contracts - making decisions that will impact regular people for generations...
